SNACK BAR FEE --
In order to run the West Street snack bar effectively, it must be staffed by 2-3 parents during games. Last year, Walpole Little League requested a parent-volunteer to work the snack bar for a maximum of two games during the season. Unfortunately, there were a substantial number of open and unstaffed shifts. To keep the snack bar running and allowing the League to keep overall costs down, the Board is implementing a new policy for the 2012 spring and summer seasons.
During the 2012 spring registration, all families of Major League players will have the option to pay a $50 fee to cover their snack bar shifts for the 2012 spring season. If you pay the $50 at registration, you will not be required to work the snack bar. There is an option in the registration system to pay or opt-out of this fee.
